現場機台跳這個異常
查好像是BUS通訊異常
一天大概會發生三次
復機後重開又好了.....

請問這是硬體的關係還是軟體有關係呢?

這個機器已經使用很久
最近才發生這樣的問題

那應該是一開始就會發生.
是嗎?

最后两个模块上不是亮红灯了吗？还是在线监看报警信息为准。

SF红灯是系统故障system fault；
BUSF红灯时网络故障，它也可能引起SF亮。
所以优先检查网络，尤其是网络接头。在红灯亮起时在线监控网络通讯情况，通讯不上的子站会有一个红色斜杆标识，检查或更换有红杠的第一个子站接头。

在线查看故障信息记录也可以得到帮助，能分析是什么地方出现的问题。

通讯的问题，可能整个网中其它PLC是否断电
