把A173UHCPU打到安装OS模式,用SV43P软件监视A173UHCPU后发现SFC(M2037)和SySTEM SETTING error(M2041)出错标志,CPU "run"闪烁指示,"ERROR"没有闪烁,,把A173UHCPU打回正常工作模式后,发现"run,"ERROR均未任何指示,且编程电缆始终连接不上.请问会不会是OS出了问题,对于普通用户小A MOTION需要安装OS吗?我没有这个软件,如果谁有,请发一份OS给我,我可以买他的模块备件,我的邮箱：wensuwen2003@163.com

具体情况再补充一下:国庆放假,工人把设备电源关了,结果两天后发现CPU错误报警,我把SFC程序下载下来后发现程序断断续续,程序是丢失了很多,但发现电池没有问题.3.6V,我把备份的程序和设置以及MOTION参数惯进去后发现还是错误.是不是OS的问题?

问题出现过程
1:设备断电两天后开启来发现CPU显示ERROR报警,且常亮,RUN无指示,尝试复位,无效.
2:起初软件师用软件尝试通讯和连接CPU,无法通讯上,后将CPU打到OS安装模式下,复位CPU:RUN以1秒间隔闪烁,ERROR灭,此时用通讯线可以使PC机连接CPU.
3:软件师将CPU程序下载下来,发现程序断断续续,并且编程页面呈现黄色状态.
4:工程师将原来备份的程序写进去后发现仍然有错误出现.用GX-developer监视PLC错误代码如下:
Error code(D9008)    31
Detailed error code(D9091)    ---
Error message    UNIT VERIFY ERR.[Checked continuously.]
5:利用SWnRNC-GSVE软件包工具尝试将侍服电机设置写入进去,发现无法通讯上.
6:经过反复尝试发现OS已经不存在,这个结论是我们Montior时页面给的提示.页面提示OS不匹配.
7::在 SWnRNC-GSVE软件的 Installation of motion controller OS的这个项目中,如果OS存在就应该会提示CPU本体OS的型号和版本,但他提示没有注册.这个结论是我们在连接其他相同配置的此种CPU所给出不同状态而判断的.在连接另外一台1/2切割时,它会显示模块本体的版本.
8:其他现象补充:CCLINK模块RUN运行,但其他指示灯没有亮,GOT屏幕无法和CPU通讯上.,放大器没有显示准备状态.CPU电池是3.6V.
9:我们有一块A172UHCPU放上去后RUN能够正常指示,只是备份的SFC程序是基于A173UHCPU的,所以无法替代之.
对于贵方给予的宝贵方法我们也做了很多详细的检查和尝试,发现不是电气回路问题.
我们需要的到的帮助
1:如何确定是硬件还是软件问题?
2:如果是软件系统问题,我们应该如何进行正确配置和操作?
3:如果是硬件问题,我们同样需要正确的操作方法,包括如何安装OS,如何设置等等.?
4:目前我们没有OS软件包,所以无法做下一步的诊断.只有安装了OS后,方才能进去Servo Data Setting和System Setting等等工作.所以需要得到贵方的帮助.!
5:如果用A172UHCPU替代,又应做那些具体工作?
在等待贵方给以帮助的同时,我们将继续努力找到解决的办法.此设备系统在FY稳定运行了好几年,此次出现偶然的故障 ,我们希望通过双方努力一致将问题解决

How to install the motion controller OS is explained below.
Install the OS to:

Use a newly purchased motion CPU for the first time.
Change the motion controller OS installed in the motion CPU for the motion controller OS of the different type .
Use the motion controller OS of a new version when the motion controller OS is updated.

          A171SHCPU          A172SHCPU          A173UHCPU                        A273UHCPU    1) Power off the motion CPU.2) Set the installation switch to ON.
The A273UHCPU has the installation switch on its rear panel.
Remove the CPU from the base unit, set the installation switch to ON, and load the CPU to the base unit.3) Connect the motion CPU and personal computer by the cable.4) Power on the motion CPU.
Powering the A273UHCPU on shows "INSTALL" on its LED display. It does not appear for the A171SHCPU/A172SHCPU/A173UHCPU.
   
    5) Start "Install" from the start menu of Windows NT/98/2000/XP.
(Reference item) 6) Click .
   
    7) Insert the first FD for motion controller OS into the floppy disk drive.* You can also copy the FDs for motion controller OS to the hard disk and install the data copied to the hard disk.
In this case, copy all the data of the FDs for motion controller OS to the same folder.
   
    8) The motion controller OS installation dialog box appears.
The CPU type of the motion CPU currently connected appears.
When the OS has already been installed, the OS type and version also appear.
Click [Refer].
   
    9) The folder specifying dialog box appears.
Choose the drive and folder for the FD for motion controller OS.
The CPU type, OS type and version columns indicate the CPU type, OS type and version of the selected motion controller OS. Click [OK].
   
    10) The screen returns to the motion controller OS installation dialog box.
The CPU type, OS type and version of the motion controller OS in the selected folder appear.
Click [Execution].
   
    11) The motion controller OS for installation is read to the hard disk.
   
    12) When the left dialog box has appeared, exchange the first floppy disk for the second and click [OK].
   
    13) When reading of the second FD is completed, installation starts.
   
    14) On normal completion of installation, the installation completion dialog box appears.
Click [OK].
   
    15) The screen returns to the motion controller OS installation dialog box.
Click [Close].
The display returns to the installation screen and installation is finished.

The A273UHCPU has the installation switch on its rear panel.
Remove the CPU from the base unit, set the installation switch to OFF, and load the CPU to the base unit.18) Power on the CPU.
For the A273UHCPU, confirm the installed OS type and version indicated on the LED display.
They may also be confirmed by pressing the indicator reset button.


POINT

(1) Performing installation does not rewrite the positioning data and SFC programs written to the motion CPU.
(2) Before starting the installation of the motion controller OS, always set the installation switch to ON.
You cannot start installation without setting the installation switch to ON.

１：日本人对Ａ１７３ＵＨＣＰＵ的操作系统其实是基与ＤＯＳ开发的，且这种操作系统一般均是安装在一块闪存下的，也就是说这个操作系统不需要电池维持，但它可以安装和升级，ＦＡ中心没有这个东西，这个东西的ＯＳ一般情况下是在日本已经惯好的．
２：我用Ａ２７３ＵＨＣＰＵ的操作系统安装上去后出现了一个预想不到的问题：破坏了原有的操作系统，使得通过设置软件无法将参数和ＳＦＣ传输到ＰＣＰＵ里（原来是可以的）．
３：不明白为什么不适合的操作系统它已经提示不兼容，为何只是点了一下安装，就破坏了原本的ＯＳ，并且提示ＣＰＵ没有注册．难到安装新的操作系统要先注册，那么这个注册是软注册还是硬注册．
请大家帮忙，给点建议！现在是停厂的第８天了，我们束手无策，除非把系统升级为Ｑ　ＭＯＴＩＯＮ，但那样代价很大．
