我有一台别人给的显控SA-7AK触摸屏，想利用起来，由于原来没有用过这个牌子的第一次接触，就搜索了一下，但未找到这个型号，后来到显控官网下载了最新版的SATOOL软件，试写了程序准备下载到屏里，结果无论如何都无法联机，也找不到这个型号的屏，后来打了官方客服电话，说要下载SA4.0版本，又重新下载了SA4.0版本，安装驱动，重新编写程序，还是下载不成功，提示项目选择的HMI和实际连接的型号不符无法下载，和官方客服打电话沟通说这个屏型号是客户定制的他们也查不到，屏上的S/N是SK开头的，出厂日期是2014年1月份。不知道哪位有这个屏的资料或者说明书提供一下，谢谢啦。

操作步骤：
1、 单击开始菜单，然后按住“ SHITF 键 ”关点击电源按钮，选择重启；

2、 重启后，系统进入到“选择一个选项”界面，然后我们再选择“疑难解答”；

3、 进入到疑难解答后，再选择“高级选项”，如下图：

4、 接下来，我们选择“启动设置”；

5、 接下来在启动设置中，我们可以看到多选项（如禁用驱动程序强制签名），这时是
不能选择的，Windows 需要我们先重启来激活这些选项，我们点击重启即可

6、 重启后，我们就可以看到众多的特殊启动模式选项了，其中也包括“禁用驱动强制签

7、最后进入到禁用驱动强制签名模式，然后我们再安装驱动程序，就可以安装成功了！

来结贴了，经多方努力终于知道如何获得这个屏的出厂型号了，打开屏后面中间位置的橡胶盖板，然后把下面的拨码开关2打到ON位置，别的开关都不要动，然后给屏接通电源，开机后就会显示屏的实际型号，里面的工程版本号，还有屏的出厂系统版本号。按这个显示的出厂型号去选屏的型号就可以正常上载和下载程序了。 拨码开关2打开
